WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Hydrate!  Hydration helps make massage better and may aid in the soreness you may experience after.

Communicate!  Please don't hesitate to ask for whatever you need at any time during the session.  This is a collaborative experience.

​

All bodies are good bodies and everyone is welcome here, this is a safe space for all.  Undressing is optional, but normal. I am a professional and work as such. Know that you will be draped to provide privacy and only the part of the body being worked on will be exposed. You can choose to undress to the level of your comfort.

You will be receiving 60/90 minutes of hands on time.  Essential oils, CBD, steamed towels, cupping and IASTM are always complimentary at Homebody.  We may use a combination of high-quality, topical products during your session.  These products were thoughtfully developed with the health of the client and therapist in mind.  Everything we use at Homebody is cruelty-free, gluten-free and vegan.  Our preferred products come from Sacred Earth Botanicals, doTERRA, Biotone, and CauseMedic.  

 

​Homebody uses all inclusive pricing, the price you see is the price you pay.  No add ons, no upcharges and no gratuity. Leaving a review, referring a friend and pre-booking are great ways to show support!

 

​Preferred methods of payment are cash or Zelle, but we will also accept cards.  Unfortunately we do not accept HSA/FSA at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A card on file is required to book an appointment, even if you plan on paying in cash.  You will not be charged to book and your balance is due at the time of service.  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointmentChanges to your appointment within the 24 hours prior will result in being charged 100% of the service cost; no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. As a courtesy, you will be sent an initial confirmation as well as two reminders via email (check your spam folders!!) - please use these to coordinate your time. If you feel unwell, please cancel immediately - fees related to illness will be waived after rescheduling.  If you are unclear on this, please reach out.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We offer a 5% discount to military (active or veteran), mental health professionals and first responders.  Redeem with the code "HELPER" when scheduling online. Please be prepared to present proper documentation such as an I.D. or pay stub.  If you are unsure if you qualify, please get in touch.

​We offer a limited number of 60 minute sliding scale sessions each month for folks who are experiencing financial hardship.  These are meant for folks who are in need of services but are unable to pay our regular rates.  Please click here if you feel this is for you.  Priority is given to trans and BIPOC community members. â€‹â€‹

SHOULD I COME EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for introduction, assessment, and discussion.  We ask that returning clients arrive 5 minutes early.  To ensure you receive the entire duration of your service, please arrive on time.  If you are running late, please notify Nicole via text:  970-344-9250.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME FOR A MASSAGE?

This depends on many factors such as the type of massage, pain, physical needs and stress.  It is important for me to see you regularly, so consistency is key.  We will typically see folks more often in the beginning, and with less frequency over time. 

DO YOU OFFER PRENATAL MASSAGE?

Sorry, we do not offer prenatal massage or work on anyone pregnant.  We would be glad to give you a referral for someone who can help you.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Please note prior to booking, this is a home-based clinic located in Loveland, Co.  While we deeply value accessibility, our current location has a small set of stairs to navigate.  If you are a first time client, we will contact you after booking with the address and instructions on how to proceed once you arrive. This is a pet friendly home (dog), should you have allergies this may not be the right fit for you.
